A woman charged with two counts of concealing a dead body will have her case bound over to a grand jury for consideration.
Wanda Kiser's case will be sent to a grand jury after a Nicholas County magistrate on Wednesday ruled during a preliminary hearing that there was probable cause.
Kiser was being arraigned on the charges Aug. 22 when began having medical issues. She was bleeding from the nose and was on oxygen. The magistrate asked for paramedics to be called. Kiser was taken to the hospital.
She previously had been hospitalized for an apparent failed suicide attempt.
Her charges follow the Aug. 14 discovery of human remains in a storage unit in Summersville. Alabama authorities said they believe the remains are those of Mary Cobb, 105, and Wynona Delvecchio. The two women went missing in 2002.
