Logan , Logan County , West Virginia
An arson suspect was arrested after firefighters said he set the same house in Logan on fire twice.
Investigators said Dorsey Darby first set fire to a vacant home on High Street earlier this summer.
He then allegedly went back to the house Monday night and set it on fire again.
City police said they arrested him after witnesses put him at the scene of the first fire.
Darby is charged with arson.
More charges are pending for the second fire Monday night.
