A suspect in a Nitro stabbing was released from the hospital and was arrested, police said.
Samuel Scott Miller, 22, of Huntington was released from the hospital Monday afternoon and will be taken for processing. He then will be transported to Kanawha County Magistrate Court for arraignment.
Miller is accused of stabbing Marshall Sanders, 24, of Nitro after a fight at a party in Nitro. Sanders was taken to the hospital with serious injuries. Miller also was taken to the hospital to be treated for minor injuries.
Nitro police have identified both the victim and suspect in Tuesday's stabbing.

Miller is charged with malicious wounding. Police said he would be taken to jail when he is released from the hospital.
The Nitro Police Department is investigating an early morning stabbing, Tuesday.
Nitro police said that a group of people were partying at a house on Lock Street when two men got into an argument in the street. It happened around 2 a.m.
They say one of the men pulled a knife and stabbed the other. Police said that man's injuries are pretty serious. He was taken to the hospital.
Neither man's name has been released.
