A tractor-trailer that was traveling through a Charleston neighborhood Monday, tore down lines, knocking out power to people in the area.
It happened about 6:30 a.m. along Oakridge Drive and Baker's Fork in Charleston.
A tractor-trailer that was traveling in that area hit lines, bringing them to the ground and breaking the pole. Numerous crews were on scene to repair the damage and get the power back on.
The roadway is expected to be closed for several hours. You're asked to avoid the area if possible.
