More than a dozen horses suffering from malnutrition that were seized from a Roane County farm have new homes.
All 20 horses taken from the Reedy farm of Tory Morgan have been placed with new owners.
Morgan was arrested and charged in January with numerous counts of animal cruelty, after investigators found dead and dying horses on her farm.
Morgan pleaded guilty to 10 counts of animal cruelty and agreed to give up custody of the surviving horses.
