One of the two men accused of attacking a father at the Transit Mall was in court Monday afternoon.
Brandon Douglas is charged in the beating of Brandon Coltey.
That attack was caught on camera two weeks ago.
Douglas was arrested a few days after the attack. His alleged accomplice, Dana Lafond was arrested a short time after that trying to board a flight to Myrtle Beach.
Coltey spent the better part of two weeks in critical condition in the hospital.
Douglas and Lafond are lodged in the South Central Regional Jail.
