A man accused of setting multiple fires in Kenova is now in jail.
State fire marshals arrested Daniel Smith Friday night. He is accused of setting two abandoned homes on fire on Ohio River Road over the summer.
Investigators said the homes were destroyed, but nobody was hurt. Smith is charged with two counts of arson.
