Environmentalists came out to make their voices heard at the West Virginia state capitol Thursday.
Dozens took part in the West Virginia Environmental Council's annual "E-Day" in the upper rotunda of the capitol.
Several environmental groups came out to talk about their concerns over Marcellus shale gas drilling and West Virginia water quality.
Those who came out said they felt Thursday's event was a success, allowing them to lobby lawmakers.
