A Charleston man has been arrested for allegedly dealing crack out of his home on the east end.
Police said they found a small amount of crack cocaine in Stanley Bebee's home in the 1500 block of Jackson Street. Bebee allegedly told officers he let a man stay in the home in order to sell the drug.
He is charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.
