The St. Albans Brickhouse Cardio Club is going red.
Dozens dressed in red and danced off the pounds at Friday night's Zumbathon.
It was five dollars to get in the door and all proceeds went to the American Heart Association.
Organizers said heart disease is the silent killer in women and they need to keep your heart happy and healthy.
