Love was in the air at Mardi Gras Casino and Resort in Charleston, as more than a dozen couples continued to bet on love Thursday night.
For about seven couples, it was a sure thing. The couples came out for vow renewals.
Those who participated got a certificate and a wedding cake. And, best of all, it was free.
Governor Earl Ray Tomblin's parents, who have been married for 61 years, took part in the festivities.
