The mother of a 3-year-old girl who vanished without a trace will not regain custody of her other six children when she gets out of prison.
Lena Lunsford is currently serving time for food stamp fraud. She will be getting out of prison later this month.
The state supreme court has upheld a Lewis County judge's order terminating her parental rights.
Lunsford's daughter Aliayah disappeared back in September of 2011.
