Nestle is asking consumers to examine their freezers for the packages containing the UPC code 13800-5838 and production codes 2311587812 AND 2312587812.
It will have the "Best Before Date" of December 2013.
If you find this frozen dinner in your freezer, do not eat it.
Instead call Nestle Consumer Services at 1-866-586-9424 OR email them at leancuisine@casupport.com for further instructions.
