Troopers with the Ohio State Highway Patrol said they discovered cocaine during a traffic stop and arrested two West Virginia men.
Mark Trogdon, 52, of Wayne and Van Lee Smith, 42, of Huntington were arrested Friday and charged with trafficking and possession of cocaine.
Troopers stopped a truck on U.S. 23 about 7 p.m., according to news release from the State Patrol. A drug-sniffing dog alerted troopers to a toolbox with 2 ounces of cocaine inside, the release said. Troopers estimate the street value of the drugs are about $4,500. The two men are being held at the Scioto County Jail.
