One person was killed after flipping his car into a creek in Floyd County, Ky.
Steven A. Mitchell, 36, of Beaver was killed Saturday. Kentucky State Police responded to an accident about 11 p.m. on KY 1929 in McDowell, according to a news release from the State Police.
Troopers determined Mitchell lost control of his car and crashed into a creek. Troopers said the victim was not wearing a seat belt and was pronounced dead at the scene.
