A dozen arrests were made by the Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office Thursday during a domestic violence and family law warrant sweep.
The following were arrested for allegedly failing to pay child support: Chyra Ellis, 29, of Dunbar; Joseph Workman, 24, of Dunbar; James Kiser, 36, of Sissonville; Tracy Farley, 40, of Nitro; and Wesley Jarrett, 41, of Sissonville, according to a news release from the sheriff’s office.
Deputies said the following were arrested on domestic violence charges: Timothy McCune, 51, of South Charleston; Terrell Johnson, 25, of South Charleston; William Tuttle, 21, South Charleston (two counts of domestic battery); Rochelle Williams, 36, of Institute; and Anthony Waller, 22, of Sissonville (failure to appear/capias warrant, underlying charge was domestic battery).
Also arrested on the following charges were: Jeffrey Fields, 36, of Dunbar (for violation of a protective order) and Joseph Good, 19, of Charleston (failure to appear on a truancy offense).
