Some drivers found it rough going Thursday morning with several accidents reported in the Charleston area.
An accident was reported about 7:30 a.m. on Edens Fork Road near Sissonville. Deputies think a man driving a Jeep was traveling down the road when a woman driving a car pulled out and the two vehicles collided. No one was injured, but it did take emergency responders some time to pull the female driver out of the car.
Meanwhile, a little before that wreck, an accident occurred near the entrance of Corridor G. Police said the back tire blew out on a truck, sending the driver into the side wall and then into a ditch. All of the driver's work equipment spilled over on the side of the road, and that lane was shut down for quite some time.
