A man involved in an armed robbery of a pizza place was sentenced to prison, but he received a break in court.
Robert Pinson and another man were accused of holding up Gino's Pizza in Huntington in November 2011, getting away with some cash.
In court Tuesday morning, Pinson was sentenced to one to five years in prison, but the judge suspended the prison sentence for three years of probation.
