Federal and state agencies are investigating a fatal bulldozer accident at a Marion County mine.
Investigators say a bulldozer rolled over at the Loveridge Mine in Fairview Monday night, killing the operator.
The worker was an independent drilling contractor. His name has not been released.

Marion County 911 says a vehicle rolled over at the Loveridge Mine in Fairview Monday evening.
No word if a person was trapped in that rollover, but the State Medical Examiner is on the scene.
