Three separate fires have been reported in the past 30 hours at the Indian Head housing complex on Coal River Road outside St. Albans.
Residents and Kanawha County Emergency Services Coordinator C.W. Sigman said the fires occurred in a six-unit town house building. The cause of the fires appears to be electrical in nature, but the state Fire Marshal's Office has been called to investigate.
One of the fires broke out in an attic, while the other two blazes started in the rear walls of the units. The amount of damage that occurred in the fires was unavailable.
No injuries were reported.
