Law enforcement using dogs to help fight crime is nothing new.
But, one local police station has turned their canine program into one of the largest in the state of West Virginia.
Huntington Police will receive a new K-9, bringing the number of dogs the department has to fight crime to 7.
Huntington Police will integrate the K-9 into the department when it's finished training, in about two months.
