A new controversial reality show that has some West Virginians in an uproar was set to premiere Thursday night on MTV.
The show "Buckwild" follows seven friends and tapes their antics. The show has garnered criticism from officials statewide.
U.S. Sen. Joe Manchin, D-W.Va., had asked the makers of "Buckwild" to cancel the show, stating it's not a true representation of the Mountain State.
The show replaced MTV's infamous "Jersey Shore." "Buckwild" will air at 10 p.m.
