FATAL ACCIDENT Names Released In Double Fatal ATV Accident

Investigators have released the names of two men who were killed when their ATV collided with a car on Happy Hollow Road in Meigs County.
24-year old David Hubbard of Middleport and his passenger, 31-year old David Napper were killed when their Can Am side by side ATV and a 1999 Hyundai collided head on.
The driver of the Hyundai, Michelle French, wasn't injured. Her passenger, John Buzzard suffered minor injuries and was taken to Holzer Hospital.
The crash remains under investigation.
Two people are dead after a crash in Meigs County, Ohio.
The accident happened on Happy Hallow Road, near Route 124, around 8:30pm Monday.
Dispatchers say they believe a car collided with an ATV.
No word on how many other people are hurt.
