A computer security breach has put the private information of more than 1,000 Medicaid clients in Kentucky in jeopardy.
People whose information could have been released will be notified and offered a year of free credit monitoring. There is no evidence, however, that Medicaid database was ever accessed.
A telephone computer scam that allowed unauthorized remote access to a computer that contained information on Medicaid clients.
