Police said a routine traffic stop turned into a pot bust in Kanawha County.
South Charleston police said they arrested Ronald Payne, 26, Saturday night after pulling him over for having a broken taillight on his vehicle. Police said he had three bags of marijuana in his car.
Payne was charged with possession with intent to deliver.
