A local organization made Christmas a little special for some children in the area.
The Angel Wings organization gave underprivileged children gifts hoping to make their holidays a little brighter.
Children Home Society and area needy families teamed together with the organization to provide the children with these gifts.
Cold Spot in Charleston hosted a lunch for the kids and the gifts were handed out afterwards.
"All of our kids are grown and so we wanted to just kind of give back to the community," said Doshia Petry of Angel Wings, "It's an awesome feeling. It's what Christmas is really all about."
