A Belle man was arrested after State Police said he was making meth inside his home where children were present.
Phillip Mase is charged with making meth in his house on Hastings Drive in Belle.
Troopers said Mase would cook the meth in the basement and two small children lived there. Troopers also discovered a sawed-off shotgun at the home.
