We’re almost in the final hour of building the tower, the “Tower of Toys,” that is.
Don’t miss out on a chance to give to the annual toy drive organized by Eyewitness News before it wraps up at 6 p.m. today. You can help make Christmas special for more than 400 children who have signed up for the program.
People from all walks of life have been donating toys so Union Mission can distribute them before the holiday to children who otherwise could be left without anything under the tree. Help us make the final push in building our mountain of toys.
To participate, just drop off a new unwrapped toy at the station’s studio in Charleston, 1301 Piedmont Road, or at the station's studio in Huntington, 1002 Fourth Ave. Donations also can be made at the Building and Remodeling Warehouse in Nitro and Best Home Medical in Hurricane and Barboursville. Other partners include Off Broadway Shoes and the Kanawha Valley Corvette Club.
Please donate today to the “Tower of Toys” and put smiles on the faces of lots of really deserving kids this Christmas.
