SEXUAL ABUSE SENTENCE Former 911 Dispatcher Sentenced In Sexual Abuse Case

Kanawha County prosecutors said a former Kanawha 911 dispatcher was sentenced to one to five years in prison for sexually abusing a female teenager.
Joseph Coen, 52, of Sissonville was sentenced Wednesday in Kanawha Circuit Court. He apologized to the victim.
Coen was sentenced on two counts of sexual abuse and received two one to five-year sentences. He will serve those concurrently.
Meanwhile, he also was ordered to serve 20 years probation upon his release from prison and must register as a sexual offender for the rest of his life.
