The second annual Angel Tree Lighting Ceremony will take place Thursday morning.
The tree at the Kent Carper Justice and Public Safety complex on Virginia Street East in Charleston, will be lighted during a public ceremony beginning at 11:30 a.m.
A public reception at the Kanawha County Victim Services Center will follow the lighting.
