The fast lane of Interstate 77 South at the Edens Fork exit reopened Wednesday morning following a single-vehicle crash.
The fast lane had been closed temporarily after the 8:20 a.m. accident, Metro 911 reported. No injuries were reported in the wreck that apparently occurred after the driver hit a patch of black ice and crashed the vehicle into a guardrail.
The female driver was hurt, but she was not seriously injured.
The fast lane of Interstate 77 South at the Edens Fork exit was shut down Wednesday morning following a single-vehicle crash, a dispatcher said.
The accident happened about 8:20 a.m., and no injuries were reported. A driver apparently hit a patch of black ice and crashed a vehicle into the guardrail.

State Police responded Wednesday morning to a single-vehicle accident on Interstate 77 South at the Edens Fork exit, an emergency dispatcher said.
The Metro 911 dispatcher said there was no report of any injuries. The accident happened about 8:20 a.m.
