A Charleston man has been charged with felony child abuse for allegedly beating a 13-month-old girl to potty train her.
Collin Bigger, 20, allegedly slammed the child in the toilet, according to a complaint filed in Kanawha County Magistrate Court. The complaint said she had multiple bruises, scrape marks and knots on her body showing signs of abuse.
Child Protective Services removed the child from the home pending its investigation.
