Police arrested the man they said lead them on a wild chase through Kanawha County last week.
The chase happened on Monday in Jefferson and came to a stop with the car getting stuck on a dirt road in Dunbar.
Police said Robert Hensley then ran through the woods and got away. Officers said Hensley's license had been revoked for driving under the influence, and he had a fake registration sticker on his car.
Police said they recognized him because of his previous arrests. They arrested him Sunday.
Hensley faced numerous charges including fleeing on foot.
