A Charleston organization spent Sunday stuffing goody bags for local children in need.
West Virginia's Helping, a non-profit foundation created by Charleston's Tabor Lindsay Associates, collected more than 200 pairs of shoes and gifts for children in Kanawha and Putnam Counties. Volunteers stuffed bags with shoes, socks, school supplies, small toys, snacks and coupons for local restaurants.
This is the 13th drive for West Virginia's Helping.
