An Ashland, Kentucky man is behind bars accused of selling heroin.
Boyd County deputies say 22-year-old Steven Payton sold two grams of heroin to a confidential informant for $350. Deputies then obtained a search warrant and found more heroin and large amount of money on Payton's property.
Payton is charged with trafficking a controlled substance. He is currently in the Boyd County Detention Center.
