A man was arrested after Nicholas County sheriff's deputies said he allegedly took off after they tried to pull him over.
David Given, 49, of Summersville was driving along West Virginia Route 20 in Craigsville when deputies attempted to pull him over, Cpl. Jarrod Bennett said. Deputies said they had warrants for his arrest.
Given fled in a vehicle onto Woodbine Road where he was later arrested. He is charged with fleeing in a vehicle and was taken to Central Regional Jail.
