A man turned himself in to the Kanawha County Sheriff's Office immediately after seeing himself on the Eyewitness News "Fugitive Files" Tuesday evening.
Brandyn Martin said he was not aware there was a warrant for his arrest.
Police were searching for Martin after they said they found a pipe bomb in his possession. They said Martin later admitted to making the bomb and made others that he tested at a remote location in the St. Albans area of Kanawha County.
