If you aren't in the mood to cook this Thanksgiving, let one of the local restaurants do the cooking and the clean-up this year.
Managers at Shoney's said they typically see a good crowd of folks on Thanksgiving, with people looking for a nice, relaxing way to enjoy their company, without the hassle of cooking themselves.
"We'll be here all day, be glad to have you," said server Peggy Radford. "Some that don't have family, we'll be your family ... come and join us." Shoney's started serving at 11 a.m. Thursday.
