THEFT INVESTIGATION Deputies Arrest Woman Who Allegedly Stole Money From Her Employer's Safe

Deputies responding to a robbery call in Charleston Tuesday night, came across a much different type of crime scene.
Kanawha County deputies say Sandra Ferrilll, 39, who is an employee at Sam's Hotdogs and Letha's II gaming parlor on Greenbrier Street, went into the store while she was off duty. They say she then went into the store's safe and stole more than $400.
An on duty employee was able to call police from inside another room in the store.
Deputies arrested her on scene. She is charged with petit larceny.
