Local church members were cooking up a storm Sunday, all for a good cause.
The St. John Greek Orthodox Church in Kanawha City had a bake sale and dinner. The church was offering all the traditional Greek favorites. People could come in and eat or take orders to go, and all the hard work was to give back to the community.
The church was having the bake sale and dinner to raise money for different charities in the area, including Secret Santa and the Sojourners Shelter.
