Most Suddenlink customers will be facing a rate increase next month.
Michael Kelemen, director of government relations, said Thursday the increase is 3.26 percent and will start during the Dec. 2 billing cycle. He said the hike is due to increased programming costs.
Customers who subscribe to a bundled package with a guaranteed rate will keep that rate until its anniversary date.
Suddenlink has customers in eastern Kentucky, eastern Ohio and West Virginia.
