A Burnsville man escaped serious injury after his SUV overturned on Interstate 79 north Friday afternoon.
Yogesh Patel, 55, was able to walk away from the wreck after his SUV spun out and rolled onto its side.
The accident happened about 1:30 p.m. about a mile north of the Mink Shoals exit in the northbound lanes.
Crews were in the process of removing the vehicle.
