Two men were honored by the Army for their part in a daring water rescue.
Mike Long and Jeff Johnson received the Department of the Army Certificate of Appreciation for rescuing a man from Sutton Lake in July.
The two men were participating in a fishing tournament when they jumped in to action to help park rangers with a water rescue. They were able to maneuver their boat to grab a man in the water until rangers could pull him up.
The two were presented the award on Tuesday at Sutton Lake.
