Boyd County 911 dispatchers told Eyewitness News that the teen was found walking along Hatchway Road just after 7 p.m. Thursday.
The 14-year-old teen with autism, went missing from the area Thursday morning.
Emergency workers are looking for a 14-year old boy with autism who went missing Thursday morning.
Crews are searching for Geoffrey Braiden Reffitt in the Meade Springer Road area near U.S. Route 60 in Ashland, Kentucky.
Dispatchers said he was last seen about 8 a.m. Thursday. Reffitt is 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs about 225 pounds. He was last seen wearing a red and black pullover sweater, gray shorts with skulls and flip flops.
