A Cabell County man was arrested over the weekend for his alleged role in a string of arsons.
Joseph Daniels allegedly set fire to an outbuilding, that in turn caught another building on fire and set fire to a car.
It happened on Stringtown Road in Barboursville, West Virginia State Police said.
State troopers went to Daniels' home located next to the arson. Daniels refused to come out, but eventually surrendered, troopers said.
Daniels is charged with first-degree arson, domestic assault and obstructing.
