A boil water advisory issued for about 500 customers in the North Charleston and Guthrie areas of Kanawha County earlier this week, has been lifted, according to a release from West Virginia American Water.
West Virginia American Water has issued a precautionary boil water advisory for approximately 500 residential customers in the North Charleston and Guthrie areas.
The advisory area includes Woodward Drive from Headley Drive to the end,
Headley Drive, Wildwood Acres, Asbury Heights, Casdorph Lane, Robinson
Hollow, Gaylor Lane, Maxine Drive, Limestone from Woodward Drive to the top
of the hill, Lynne Brooke Place, Wilderness Drive and Canterbury Woods.
A water main break has occurred and has drained a water storage tank. West Virginia American Water crews are working to repair the leak and restore service as quickly as possible.
