The West Virginia Housing Development Fund recently installed a payment drop box for customers who would like to make their mortgage payments after normal business hours.
The drop box is at 5710 MacCorkle Ave SE in Charleston, where the fund’s office is located, according to a news release from the Housing Development Fund. The drop box can be found to the right of the main entrance gate, inset in the large brick pillar.
“We brought back the drop box to better serve our customers,” said Erica Boggess, the fund’s acting executive director. “Their feedback was very important to us and we’re always looking for ways to make their experience better.”
