A man was arrested after police say he sexually abused two teenagers while under his foster care.
James M. Layne, 29, of Olive Hill was arrested by police Tuesday after Kentucky State Police in Ashland received a report about two female teenagers who were allegedly sexually abused, a news release from the Kentucky State Police said.
Police believe the suspect had sex with the two teens, who are ages 14 and 15. At the time of the alleged abuse, both of the teens were under the foster care of the suspect.
Layne is being charged with two counts of sexual abuse. He is being held at the Carter County Detention Center.
