West Virginia Governor Earl Ray Tomblin has ordered only essential state employees to report to work Tuesday, due to inclimate weather, according to Kimberly Berry with the governor's office.
According to the Governor's webpage, non-essential employees are encouraged to stay off the roadways as our our road crews continue their work.
