Two men have been indicted on charges involving a 2008 double murder in Elliott County, Kentucky.
Elige Randolph, 35, and James Eden, 35, were charged with the kidnapping and murder of Robert Boggs and Chris Leadingham in 2008, according to a news release from Kentucky State Police.
Boggs' body was found with a single gunshot wound to the head in his home Jan. 2, 2008. Leadingham was found with a gunshot wound to head in the Gordon Ford area Jan. 4, 2008.
State Police and Elliott County Sheriff Jimmy Stephens presented information on the investigation to a special session of the grand jury. Police said additional charges and arrests could follow.
Randolph is currently lodged at the Marion County Detention Center in Kentucky for unrelated crimes. Eden is at the Daviess County Detention Center in Kentucky on unrelated crimes.
The case remains under investigation, and anyone with information is asked to call the Kentucky State Police in Morehead at (606) 784-4127.
